1 Samuel 30:9

Maka berangkatlah Daud dengan enam ratus orang yang menyertainya Lalu sampailah mereka di anak Sungai Besor Di tempat itulah orang yang tertinggal di belakang berhenti

Akan tetapi Daud bersama-sama empat ratus orang lagi itu terus mengejar manakala dua ratus orang yang lain terlalu letih untuk menyeberangi anak Sungai Besor

Maka tibalah Daud di tempat dua ratus orang yang terlalu letih untuk mengikutinya iaitu mereka yang ditinggalkan di anak Sungai Besor Mereka pun datang menyongsong Daud serta rakyat yang menyertainya Daud mendekati mereka dan bertanyakan khabar mereka
