1 Samuel 13:2

Saul memilih tiga ribu orang Israel iaitu dua ribu orang menyertai Saul di Mikhmas dan di Gunung Betel manakala seribu orang menyertai Yonatan di Gibea-Benyamin Rakyat yang selebihnya disuruhnya pulang ke khemah masing-masing
