1 Samuel 12:14

Jika kamu takut kepada Tuhan beribadat kepada-Nya mematuhi-Nya dan tidak menderhaka terhadap titah Tuhan dan jika kamu serta raja yang bertakhta atasmu itu hidup mengikuti Tuhan Allahmu maka baiklah keadaanmu

Akan tetapi jika kamu tidak mahu mematuhi Tuhan malah menderhaka terhadap titah Tuhan maka tangan Tuhan akan melawan kamu sebagaimana Dia melawan nenek moyangmu dahulu
