1 Samuel 7:6

Maka berkumpullah mereka di Mizpa Mereka menimba air dan mencurahkannya di hadapan Tuhan Pada hari itu mereka berpuasa di sana dan berkata Kami telah berdosa terhadap Tuhan Samuel pun menjadi hakim kepada orang Israel di Mizpa
