Pada hari yang keempat ketika mereka bangun pagi-pagi lagi dan ketika orang Lewi itu berkemas untuk pergi berkatalah ayah perempuan itu kepada menantunya Alasilah perutmu dahulu dengan sekeping roti kemudian bolehlah kamu pergi

Akan tetapi lelaki itu enggan bermalam lagi di situ lalu dia berkemas dan pergi Maka sampailah dia di daerah yang bersetentang dengan Yebus iaitu Yerusalem dan bersama-samanya ada sepasang keldai yang berpelana serta gundiknya
