Tetapi anaknya menjawab Jika bapa telah membuka mulut bernazar kepada Tuhan maka tunaikanlah dan buatlah kepadaku selaras dengan nazar bapa itu kerana Tuhan telah melakukan pembalasan terhadap musuh bapa bani Amon itu bagi pihak bapa

AV: And she said <0559> (8799) unto him, My father <01>, [if] thou hast opened <06475> (8804) thy mouth <06310> unto the LORD <03068>, do <06213> (8798) to me according to that which <0834> hath proceeded <03318> (8804) out of thy mouth <06310>; forasmuch <0310> as the LORD <03068> hath taken <06213> (8804) vengeance <05360> for thee of thine enemies <0341> (8802), [even] of the children <01121> of Ammon <05983>.
