Kemudian Gideon berkata kepada Allah Jika Engkau mahu menyelamatkan orang Israel dengan perantaraanku seperti yang Kaufirmankan itu

aku akan membentangkan bulu domba di tempat pembantingan apabila embun hanya ada di atas bulu domba itu walhal seluruh tanah di situ kekal kering tahulah aku bahawa Engkau mahu menyelamatkan orang Israel dengan perantaraanku seperti yang Kaufirmankan
