Judges 6:26

Kemudian dirikanlah mazbah bagi Tuhan Allahmu di atas kubu pertahanan ini secara teratur dan seterusnya ambillah lembu jantan yang kedua dan persembahkanlah korban bakaran dengan kayu tiang berhala Asyera yang telah kautebang itu

Tetapi jawab Malaikat Tuhan itu kepada Manoah Biarpun engkau menahan Aku di sini Aku tidak akan makan hidanganmu Tetapi jika kamu menyediakan korban bakaran maka persembahkanlah kepada Tuhan Manoah tidak mengetahui bahawa Dia itu Malaikat Tuhan

Kata Arauna kepada Daud Ambillah sahaja Tuanku Raja dan persembahkanlah apa yang dipandang baik Lihat di sini ada lembu untuk korban bakaran sedangkan segala tukul pengirik serta perkakas lembu itu dapat menjadi kayu bakarnya
