Maka ternyala dan maraklah api kemurkaan Tuhan terhadap orang Israel lalu Dia berfirman Kerana bangsa ini melanggar perjanjian yang Kuperintahkan kepada nenek moyang mereka dan tidak mendengar firman-Ku

Dan Aku berfirman kepadamu bahawa Akulah Tuhan Allahmu maka janganlah kamu menyembah tuhan orang Amori yang negeri mereka kamu diami ini Tetapi kamu tidak mentaati firman-Ku itu
