Seterusnya bani Yehuda berperang melawan Yerusalem dan berjaya menawan kota itu dan selanjutnya menggempurnya dengan pedang serta membakarnya

Mereka juga berjaya menawan dua orang raja Midian iaitu Oreb dan Zeeb Oreb dibunuh di batuan Oreb dan Zeeb dibunuh di tempat pemerah anggur Zeeb Mereka mengejar orang Midian dan membawa kepala Oreb dan kepala Zeeb kepada Gideon di seberang Sungai Yordan

Judges 8:12

Zebah dan Salmuna melarikan diri namun Gideon mengejar dan berjaya menawan kedua-dua orang raja Midian iaitu Zebah dan Salmuna serta menumpaskan seluruh tentera musuh itu
