Hendaklah orang itu melarikan diri ke salah sebuah daripada kota-kota itu lalu berdiri di depan pintu gerbang kota dan memaparkan perkaranya kepada para tua-tua kota itu Kemudian mereka harus membawanya masuk ke dalam kota dan memberinya tempat supaya dia dapat tinggal bersama-sama mereka
