Deuteronomy 27:2

Pada hari kamu menyeberangi Sungai Yordan menuju negeri yang dikurniakan Tuhan Allahmu kepadamu dirikanlah beberapa batu besar lalu tempelkan lepa pada batu-batu itu

Setelah kamu menyeberang tuliskanlah pada batu-batu itu semua kata dalam hukum Taurat ini supaya kamu dapat masuk ke negeri yang dikurniakan Tuhan Allahmu kepadamu iaitu negeri yang berlimpah-limpah susu dan madu seperti yang dijanjikan Tuhan Allah nenek moyangmu kepadamu

Setelah kamu menyeberangi Sungai Yordan batu-batu itu seperti kuperintahkan kepadamu pada hari ini hendaklah kamu dirikan di Gunung Ebal dan tempelkan lepa pada batu-batu itu
