Deuteronomy 15:7

Apabila antaramu ada orang miskin iaitu salah seorang saudaramu di kota mana pun di negeri yang dikurniakan Tuhan Allahmu kepadamu maka jangan keraskan hatimu dan jangan tutup tanganmu terhadap saudaramu yang miskin itu
