Setelah aku naik ke gunung untuk menerima loh-loh batu iaitu loh-loh berisi perjanjian yang diikat Tuhan dengan kamu aku tinggal di gunung itu empat puluh hari empat puluh malam lamanya Roti tidak kumakan dan air tidak kuminum

Inilah perkataan perjanjian yang diikat Musa dengan orang Israel di Tanah Moab atas perintah Tuhan di samping perjanjian yang telah diikat-Nya dengan mereka di Horeb

Kamu hadir untuk masuk ke dalam perjanjian Tuhan Allahmu serta ke dalam sumpah yang diikat Tuhan Allahmu denganmu pada hari ini
