Deuteronomy 8:3

Dia merendahkan hatimu membiarkan kamu lapar dan memberi kamu makan manna iaitu makanan yang belum pernah dikenali baik oleh kamu mahupun oleh nenek moyangmu supaya kamu sedar bahawa manusia hidup bukan dengan roti sahaja tetapi dengan setiap firman yang keluar daripada mulut Tuhan

Deuteronomy 23:17

Jangan ada seorang pun yang menjadi pelacur di tempat suci baik antara anak perempuan Israel mahupun antara anak lelaki Israel
