Numbers 35:30

Hendaklah sesiapa yang membunuh orang lain dikenakan hukum mati ke atas keterangan saksi Namun demikian seorang saksi sahaja tidak cukup untuk dapat menjatuhkan hukuman mati ke atas seseorang
