Numbers 35:4

Hendaklah tanah ternakan kota raya yang kamu berikan kepada bani Lewi itu sejauh seribu hasta dari tembok kota ke sebelah luar

Hendaklah kamu ukur di sebelah luar kota itu dua ribu hasta ke sebelah timur dua ribu hasta ke sebelah selatan dua ribu hasta ke sebelah barat dan dua ribu hasta ke sebelah utara sehingga kota itu berada di tengah-tengah Itulah yang akan menjadi tanah ternakan kota-kota raya mereka
