Lalu bernazarlah orang Israel kepada Tuhan Jika Engkau menyerahkan bangsa ini ke dalam tangan kami maka kami akan menumpaskan kota-kota mereka

Tuhan mendengar permohonan orang Israel dan menyerahkan orang Kanaan itu Mereka pun menumpaskan orang itu berserta kota-kota mereka Itulah sebabnya tempat itu dinamai Horma
