Mengapakah kamu membawa jemaah Tuhan ke gurun ini Supaya kami dan ternakan kami mati di sini

Ambillah tongkatmu lalu bersama dengan Harun abangmu kumpulkanlah jemaah itu Berbicaralah kepada bukit batu itu di hadapan mata mereka agar bukit batu itu mengeluarkan airnya Begitulah cara kamu mengeluarkan air dari bukit batu itu bagi mereka dan memberikan minum umat itu berserta segala ternakan mereka

Lalu Musa mengangkat tangannya dan memukul bukit batu itu dua kali dengan tongkatnya Maka keluarlah air dengan limpahnya dan minumlah umat itu berserta ternakan mereka
