Kemudian pergilah Musa mendapatkan Datan dan Abiram diikuti tua-tua Israel

Semuanya akan diserakkan di depan matahari bulan dan segala benda langit yang dicintai disembah dan diikuti mereka juga yang dicari mereka dan yang dipuja mereka Semuanya tidak akan dikumpulkan dan tidak akan dikuburkan tetapi akan menjadi baja kandang di permukaan tanah

Amos 2:4

Beginilah firman Tuhan Atas sebab tiga malahan empat pelanggaran Yehuda Aku tidak akan menarik balik hukuman baginya Kerana mereka telah menolak hukum Tuhan dan tidak memegang teguh segala ketetapan-Nya Mereka disesatkan oleh dusta mereka yang dahulu diikuti oleh nenek moyang mereka
