Inilah perjanjian-Ku yang harus kamu pegang teguh iaitu perjanjian antara Aku dengan kamu serta keturunanmu kelak Setiap lelaki antara kamu harus disunatkan

Sekarang marilah kita mengikat perjanjian antara aku dengan kamu dan biarlah perjanjian itu menjadi saksi antara kita

Jadi batallah perjanjian pada hari itu sehingga tahulah domba tertindas yang sedang memperhatikan aku bahawa itu sememangnya firman Tuhan
