Berbicaralah kepada orang Israel dan katakan kepada mereka Jika seorang lelaki atau perempuan telah bernazar secara khusus iaitu mengucapkan nazar sebagai seorang penazar untuk mengasingkan dirinya bagi Tuhan

Tetapi sebaliknya jika ayahnya mendengar dia bernazar itu lalu melarangnya maka tidak berkuat kuasalah segala nazar dan ikrar yang mengikat dirinya itu Tuhan akan mengampuninya kerana ayahnya telah melarangnya
