Mereka yang di bawah panji-panji pasukan Yehuda harus berkhemah di sebelah timur arah matahari terbit menurut pasukan mereka Pemimpin bani Yehuda ialah Nahason anak Aminadab

Mereka yang berkhemah di depan Khemah Suci iaitu di sebelah timur di depan Khemah Pertemuan arah matahari terbit ialah Musa dan Harun berserta anak-anaknya Mereka berkewajipan menguruskan tempat suci dan menunaikan tugas bagi orang Israel Selain mereka hendaklah orang awam yang berani mendekati khemah itu dihukum mati
