Leviticus 25:10

Hendaklah kamu menjadikan tahun kelima puluh itu suci dengan mengisytiharkan kebebasan bagi seluruh penduduk di setiap ceruk rantau negeri Tahun itu Tahun Jubli bagimu Hendaklah masing-masing kembali ke tanah miliknya dan kembali kepada kaumnya

Leviticus 25:41

Setelah itu hendaklah dia berserta anak-pinaknya bebas daripada kamu lalu kembali kepada kaumnya dan memiliki semula tanah warisan nenek moyangnya

Leviticus 25:49

Bapa saudaranya atau sepupu lelakinya atau sesiapa kerabat terdekat daripada kaumnya pun boleh menebusnya Jika dia sendiri kemudiannya menjadi kaya maka dia boleh menebus dirinya sendiri

Numbers 27:4

Mengapakah nama ayah kami harus lenyap daripada kaumnya hanya kerana dia tidak mempunyai anak lelaki Jadi berilah kami tanah milik daripada kalangan saudara-saudara ayah kami

Numbers 27:11

Jika ayahnya tidak mempunyai saudara lelaki berikanlah harta pusakanya kepada kerabat terdekat daripada kalangan kaumnya untuk menjadi miliknya Itulah ketetapan hukum yang harus berkuat kuasa ke atas orang Israel seperti yang diperintahkan Tuhan kepada Musa
