Dia ditahan dan dikawal dalam tahanan sambil menunggu keputusan jelas dari segi hukum dibuat berdasarkan firman Tuhan

Berdasarkan firman Tuhan dengan perantaraan Musa setiap orang disenaraikan menurut tugasnya sama ada yang melayan atau yang mengangkut Demikianlah mereka dihitung sebagaimana yang diperintahkan Tuhan kepada Musa

Deuteronomy 1:26
