Akan tetapi Tuhan mengazab Firaun dan istananya dengan pelbagai wabak penyakit yang dahsyat kerana Sarai isteri Abram itu

Leviticus 13:3

Hendaklah imam memeriksa kudis pada kulit tubuh orang itu Jika bulu di tempat jangkitan itu sudah berubah menjadi putih dan kelihatan betapa penyakit itu sudah berakar lebih dalam daripada lapisan kulit di tubuhnya maka kudisnya itu jangkitan penyakit kulit Setelah imam selesai memeriksanya hendaklah dia mengisytiharkan bahawa orang itu najis

Leviticus 13:25

maka hendaklah imam memeriksanya Jika terbukti bahawa bulu pada bintik-bintik itu telah berubah menjadi putih dan kelihatannya berakar lebih dalam daripada lapisan kulit maka itulah jangkitan penyakit yang muncul di tempat luka terbakar itu Hendaklah imam mengisytiharkan orang itu najis Itu jangkitan penyakit

Leviticus 13:30

maka hendaklah imam memeriksa penyakit itu Jika tampaknya penyakit itu berakar lebih dalam daripada lapisan kulit dan terdapat rambut halus kekuningan padanya maka hendaklah imam mengisytiharkan orang itu najis Itu kudis sejenis penyakit kulit pada kepala atau dagu

Leviticus 13:44

maka orang itu memang ditimpa musibah penyakit dan najislah dia Hendaklah imam mengisytiharkan orang itu najis atas sebab penyakit di kepalanya itu

Selama dia menghidap penyakit itu dan berkudis najislah dia dan hendaklah dia tinggal secara terasing di luar perkhemahan
