Leviticus 14:17

Daripada baki minyak di telapak tangannya hendaklah imam membubuh sebahagian pada cuping telinga kanan orang yang hendak disucikan pada ibu jari tangan kanannya serta ibu jari kaki kanannya di atas bekas darah korban penebus kesalahan

Selanjutnya hendaklah imam membubuh sebahagian daripada minyak di telapak tangannya itu pada cuping telinga kanan orang yang hendak disucikan pada ibu jari tangan kanannya serta ibu jari kaki kanannya di tempat yang sama seperti bagi darah korban penebus kesalahan

Setelah imam menghadapkan perempuan itu ke hadirat Tuhan hendaklah dia menguraikan rambut perempuan itu dan meletakkan di telapak tangannya persembahan pengingat iaitu persembahan bahan makanan kerana rasa cemburu itu Sementara itu di tangan imam sendiri hendaklah ada air pahit yang mendatangkan kutukan
