Leviticus 13:31

Jika imam memeriksa jangkitan penyakit kudis itu dan terbukti penyakit itu tidak berakar lebih dalam daripada lapisan kulit serta tidak ada rambut yang hitam padanya maka hendaklah imam mengasingkan orang yang berpenyakit kudis itu selama tujuh hari

Tetapi jika menurut pengamatannya kudis itu tidak meluas dan rambut yang hitam telah tumbuh padanya maka sesungguhnya kudis itu sudah sembuh dan orang itu suci Hendaklah imam mengisytiharkan orang itu suci
