Maka pada tahun kedua iaitu pada hari pertama bulan pertama itu terdirilah Khemah Suci

Leviticus 16:29

Hendaklah hal ini menjadi peraturan tetap seterusnya bagi kamu iaitu bahawa pada hari kesepuluh pada bulan ketujuh hendaklah kamu merendahkan diri dengan berpantang dan tidak melakukan sebarang pekerjaan pun baik warga asli mahupun pendatang asing yang menghuni di tengah-tengah kalangan kamu

Pada hari kesembilan bulan keempat bermaharajalelalah kebuluran di kota dan rakyat negeri itu sudah tidak ada makanan lagi
