Jubah itu hendaklah dipakai oleh Harun ketika dia menyelenggarakan peribadatan maka bunyinya hendaklah terdengar ketika dia masuk ke dalam Tempat Suci di hadapan Tuhan dan ketika dia keluar supaya terbukti yang dia tidak mati

Orang tidak dapat membezakan lagi antara bunyi sorak-sorai kegembiraan dengan bunyi tangisan umat kerana umat bersorak dengan suara nyaring sehingga bunyinya kedengaran sampai di tempat yang jauh
