Maka Harun yang masuk ke dalam Tempat Suci itu akan membawa nama anak-anak Israel tepat di depan jantungnya iaitu pada penutup dada yang digunakan untuk mengemukakan keputusan hukum hingga menjadi peringatan yang tetap di hadapan Tuhan

Exodus 28:30

Hendaklah kamu letakkan Urim dan Tumim di dalam penutup dada yang digunakan untuk mengemukakan keputusan hukum Kedua-duanya hendaklah berada tepat di depan jantung Harun ketika dia masuk menghadap Tuhan Dengan demikian di hadapan Tuhan Harun akan sentiasa membawa keputusan-keputusan hukum bagi bani Israel
