Apabila Efraim melihat penyakitnya dan Yehuda melihat lukanya pergilah Efraim ke Asyur dan mengutus orang kepada Raja Jareb yang suka bertengkar Tetapi dia tidak dapat menyembuhkan kamu dan tidak dapat mengubati lukamu
