Hosea 3:3

Kataku kepadanya Berhari-hari lamanya hendaklah engkau bersama-samaku Engkau tidak boleh melacur dan tidak boleh menjadi milik orang lain Maka aku pun tidak akan mendekati engkau

Hosea 4:13

Mereka mempersembahkan korban di atas puncak-puncak gunung membakar dupa di atas bukit-bukit di bawah pokok oak pokok hawar dan pokok rimbun kerana naungannya baik Maka para anak perempuanmu melacur dan para menantu perempuanmu berzina

Hosea 4:14

Aku tidak akan menghukum para anak perempuanmu apabila mereka melacur atau para menantu perempuanmu apabila mereka berzina kerana kaum lelaki sendiri pergi menyisih untuk bergaul dengan pelacur dan mempersembahkan korban bersama dengan para pelacur kuil Maka bangsa yang tidak berpengertian itu akan mengalami kemusnahan
