Daniel 2:23

Ya Allah nenek moyangku aku mengucap syukur dan memuji Engkau kerana Engkau mengurniakan kepadaku kebijaksanaan dan kekuatan Sekarang ini Engkau telah memberitahukan kepadaku apa yang kami mohonkan daripada-Mu kerana Engkau telah menyatakan kepada kami perihal raja

Daniel 6:10

Apabila Daniel mengetahui bahawa surat itu telah ditandatangani masuklah dia ke rumahnya Dalam bilik atasnya terdapat jendela-jendela yang terbuka menghadap Yerusalem Tiga kali sehari dia bertelut berdoa dan mengucap syukur kepada Allahnya seperti yang biasa dilakukannya selama ini
