Kemudian dia mengukur tembok Bait Suci enam hasta tebalnya Di sekeliling Bait Suci ada bilik-bilik tambahan yang lebarnya empat hasta

Ezekiel 41:6

Bilik-bilik tambahan itu tersusun dalam tiga tingkat iaitu ada tiga puluh buah bilik setiap tingkatnya Ada ceruk-ceruk dinding yang dibuat pada sekeliling Bait Suci untuk menopang bilik-bilik tambahan itu sehingga bilik-bilik itu tidak ditopang oleh tembok Bait Suci

Semakin ke atas bilik-bilik tambahan itu semakin lebar kerana ukuran ceruk di sekeliling Bait Suci semakin lebar semakin ke atas Orang dapat menaiki tangga dari tingkat bawah ke tingkat atas melalui tingkat tengah
