Domba-Ku tersesat di semua gunung dan di atas semua bukit yang tinggi Mereka tercerai-berai di seluruh muka bumi tanpa ada yang memperhatikan ataupun mencari mereka

Demi Aku yang hidup demikianlah firman Tuhan Allah sesungguhnya kerana domba-Ku menjadi mangsa dan makanan segala binatang liar akibat tidak ada yang menggembala dan kerana para gembala-Ku tidak memperhatikan domba-Ku melainkan hanya mengurus diri sendiri sedangkan domba-Ku tidak diurus mereka

Kerana beginilah firman Tuhan Allah Sesungguhnya Aku sendiri akan memperhatikan domba-Ku dan mencari mereka
