Mereka menyimpannya sampai pagi sebagaimana yang diperintahkan Musa tetapi roti itu tidak berbau busuk dan tidak berulat di dalamnya

Maka imam memberikan roti suci itu kepada mereka kerana memang tidak ada roti lain di sana kecuali roti persembahan yang baru diambil dari hadirat Tuhan untuk diganti dengan roti panas apabila roti yang lama itu dibawa pergi

Makanlah roti itu seperti roti bundar daripada barli setelah dibakar di hadapan mata mereka di atas najis manusia
