Pada petang hari itu datanglah burung-burung puyuh menutupi perkhemahan dan pada pagi hari terdapat embun di sekeliling perkhemahan

Setelah jelas kepada Delila bahawa Simson mencurahkan segala isi hatinya dia menyuruh agar para ketua warga Filistin dipanggil katanya Sekali ini datanglah ke mari kerana Simson telah menceritakan kesemuanya kepadaku Lalu datanglah para ketua warga kota Filistin itu kepadanya sambil membawa wang upahan berkenaan
