Jeremiah 9:26

iaitu orang Mesir orang Yehuda orang Edom bani Amon orang Moab dan semua penghuni di gurun yang memotong tepi rambut Semua bangsa itu sebenarnya tidak bersunat bahkan hati seluruh keturunan kaum Israel pun tidak bersunat

Ezekiel 32:21

Mengenainya kesateria yang terkuat berserta pembantu-pembantu mereka akan berbicara dari tengah-tengah alam kubur Mereka iaitu golongan yang tidak bersunat yang terbunuh oleh pedang telah turun ke mari dan terbujur

Bagi dia dan seluruh rakyatnya disediakan tempat tidur di antara golongan yang terbunuh kuburan rakyatnya ada di sekelilingnya Mereka semua tidak bersunat dan terbunuh oleh pedang lalu ditempatkan di antara golongan lain yang terbunuh kerana dahulu mereka menimbulkan rasa takut di negeri orang hidup Kini mereka menanggung aib bersama-sama orang yang turun ke liang kubur

Di sana ada Mesekh dan Tubal dengan seluruh rakyatnya yang terkubur di sekelilingnya Mereka semua tidak bersunat lalu terbunuh oleh pedang kerana mereka menimbulkan rasa takut di negeri orang hidup

Mereka tidak dibaringkan bersama-sama kesateria tidak bersunat yang telah gugur iaitu kesateria yang turun ke alam kubur dengan peralatan perang mereka dan dengan pedang di bawah kepala mereka Hukuman bagi mereka ditanggungkan atas tulang-tulang mereka meskipun dahulu rasa takut terhadap para kesateria itu pernah melanda negeri orang hidup
