Apabila seorang pendatang yang tinggal di tengah-tengah kalangan kamu mahu merayakan Paskah juga bagi Tuhan maka semua lelaki yang ada bersama-samanya harus disunatkan dahulu Setelah itu barulah dia boleh datang untuk merayakannya Dia akan dianggap sama dengan warga asli Tetapi orang yang tidak bersunat tidak boleh memakannya

Maka Musa menyuruh orang Israel merayakan Paskah

Maka orang Israel merayakan Paskah pada waktu senja hari keempat belas dalam bulan pertama di Gurun Sinai sebagaimana yang diperintahkan Tuhan kepada Musa

Namun demikian ada beberapa orang yang bernajis kerana telah menyentuh mayat lantas mereka tidak dapat merayakan Paskah pada hari itu Maka datanglah mereka menghadap Musa dan Harun pada hari itu juga

Katakanlah kepada orang Israel Jika ada seseorang daripada kalangan kamu atau dalam kalangan kaum kerabat kamu yang bernajis kerana menyentuh mayat atau berada dalam perjalanan jauh hendaklah dia juga merayakan Paskah untuk Tuhan

Mereka tidak boleh meninggalkan sisa sedikit pun sampai pagi hari dan sebatang tulang pun tidak boleh dipatahkan mereka yakni hendaklah mereka merayakan Paskah menurut segala ketetapan perayaan hari Paskah

Sebaliknya jika ada orang yang tidak bernajis yang bukan dalam perjalanan namun dia lalai merayakan Paskah maka hendaklah orang itu disingkirkan daripada kalangan bangsanya kerana dia tidak mempersembahkan persembahan kepada Tuhan pada waktu yang ditetapkan maka perlulah dia menanggung dosanya

Jika seorang pendatang yang tinggal dalam kalangan kamu mahu merayakan Paskah untuk Tuhan maka hendaklah dia merayakannya menurut segala ketetapan dan peraturan Paskah Ketetapan yang sama berkuat kuasa atas kamu semua baik pendatang mahupun warga asli
