Exodus 9:18

Sesungguhnya esok pada waktu seperti ini Aku akan menurunkan hujan batu yang sangat kuat yang belum pernah terjadi di Mesir sejak Mesir diwujudkan sampai sekarang ini

Exodus 9:19

Sekarang suruhlah orang mengandangkan ternakan kamu dan segala sesuatu yang kaumiliki di padang Semua orang dan haiwan yang ada di padang dan tidak dibawa masuk ke rumah akan mati ditimpa oleh hujan batu itu

Exodus 9:22

Firman Tuhan kepada Musa Hulurkanlah tanganmu ke langit supaya hujan batu turun di seluruh Tanah Mesir dan melanda manusia haiwan serta segala tumbuhan di padang di Tanah Mesir

Exodus 9:23

Musa pun menghulurkan tongkatnya ke langit lalu Tuhan mendatangkan guruh dan hujan batu serta menurunkan api pula ke bumi Tuhan menghujani Tanah Mesir dengan hujan batu

Exodus 9:23

Exodus 9:24

Hujan batu turun dan api sambar-menyambar di tengah-tengah hujan batu itu dengan sangat hebatnya Belum pernah terjadi hal sebegitu di seluruh Tanah Mesir sejak Mesir menjadi sebuah negara

Exodus 9:25

Hujan batu itu membinasakan segala sesuatu yang ada di padang di seluruh Tanah Mesir baik manusia mahupun haiwan Maka rosaklah dan binasalah segala tumbuhan serta pokok akibat hujan batu itu

Exodus 9:26

Hanya di Tanah Gosyen iaitu tempat tinggal orang Israel hujan batu tidak turun

Exodus 9:28

Berdoalah kepada Tuhan Cukuplah sudah guruh yang luar biasa dan hujan batu ini Aku akan mengizinkan kamu pergi Tidak usah lagi kamu tinggal di sini

Exodus 9:29

Kata Musa kepadanya Apabila aku sudah keluar dari kota ini aku akan menadahkan tanganku kepada Tuhan Guruh akan berhenti dan hujan batu tidak akan turun lagi supaya engkau tahu bahawa bumi ini milik Tuhan

Exodus 9:33

Musa keluar dari kota itu meninggalkan Firaun lalu dia menadahkan tangannya kepada Tuhan Maka berhentilah guruh dan hujan batu dan hujan tidak lagi mencurah-curah ke atas bumi

Exodus 9:34

Namun begitu apabila Firaun melihat bahawa hujan hujan batu dan guruh sudah berhenti dia kembali berbuat dosa dan mengeraskan hatinya Begitu jugalah para pegawainya

Segala belalang juta itu akan melitupi permukaan bumi sehingga tanah tidak lagi terlihat Kawanan belalang juta itu juga akan memakan habis sisa yang terluput iaitu yang masih tertinggal bagimu setelah peristiwa hujan batu itu dan akan memakan habis semua pokok yang tumbuh di padang

Exodus 10:12

Tuhan berfirman kepada Musa Hulurkanlah tanganmu ke atas Tanah Mesir supaya muncul kawanan belalang juta di Tanah Mesir dan memakan habis segala tumbuhan di tanah iaitu segala sesuatu yang masih tertinggal setelah peristiwa hujan batu itu

Kawanan belalang juta itu melitupi seluruh permukaan tanah hingga seluruh wilayah negeri itu menjadi gelap Segala tumbuhan di tanah serta buah-buahan di pokok yang masih tertinggal setelah peristiwa hujan batu itu dimakan habis oleh kawanan belalang juta Tidak tertinggal sesuatu pun yang hijau pada pokok serta tumbuh-tumbuhan di padang di seluruh Tanah Mesir

Psalms 18:12

Daripada cahaya di hadapan-Nya awan tebal berlalu dengan hujan batu dan arang yang menyala
