Apabila seseorang baik daripada keturunan kaum Israel mahupun daripada golongan pendatang yang tinggal di antara orang Israel menjauhkan diri daripada-Ku menjunjung berhala-berhalanya dalam hatinya dan meletakkan kejahatannya sebagai batu sandungan di hadapannya lalu datang kepada nabi untuk mencari petunjuk-Ku baginya maka Aku Tuhan akan menjawab dia
