Psalms 2:5

Kemudian Dia menegur mereka dalam kemarahan-Nya dan menakutkan mereka dalam kemurkaan-Nya sambil berfirman

Psalms 78:21

Tuhan mendengar kata-kata ini lalu murka maka api dinyalakan menyerang kaum Yakub dan kemarahan-Nya menimpa kaum Israel

Psalms 78:38

Namun Dia yang penuh belas kasihan mengampunkan dosa mereka dan tidak memusnahkan mereka Ya berkali-kali Dia memalingkan kemarahan-Nya daripada mereka dan tidak membiarkan kemurkaan-Nya menyala

Dia membuat lorong untuk kemarahan-Nya Dia tidak mengecualikan jiwa mereka daripada maut tetapi membiarkan wabak penyakit meragut nyawa mereka
