Maka pada hari ketiga belas pada bulan kedua belas iaitu bulan Adar apabila berkuat kuasanya perintah dan titah raja musuh orang Yahudi berharap akan berkuasa atas mereka Namun begitu hal yang sebaliknya terjadi kerana orang Yahudi pula berkuasa atas pihak-pihak yang memusuhi mereka
