Genesis 42:2

Katanya lagi Aku mendengar bahawa di Mesir ada gandum Pergilah ke sana dan belilah gandum untuk kita dari sana supaya kita tetap hidup dan tidak mati

Deuteronomy 4:33

Pernahkah sesuatu bangsa mendengar suara Allah berfirman dari tengah-tengah api seperti yang telah kamu dengar dan tetap hidup

Kerana makhluk manakah yang dapat tetap hidup setelah mendengar suara Allah yang hidup itu berfirman dari tengah-tengah api seperti yang kami dengar

Tuhan memerintahkan agar kita melaksanakan segala kanun ini serta takut kepada Tuhan Allah kita supaya keadaan kita sentiasa baik dan supaya kita tetap hidup seperti pada hari ini

Ezekiel 3:21

Sebaliknya kalau engkau mengingatkan orang yang benar itu supaya jangan dia berbuat dosa dan dia benar-benar tidak berbuat dosa maka dia akan tetap hidup kerana dia mahu menerima peringatan dan engkau telah menyelamatkan nyawamu
