Namun begitu apabila Sanbalat Tobia orang Arab bani Amon dan orang Asdod mendengar perihal kemajuan pesat kerja-kerja pembaikan tembok Yerusalem dan betapa lubang-lubangnya mulai tertutup maka sangat marahlah mereka
