Ezra 5:9

Kemudian kami berbicara dengan tua-tua itu dan bertanya kepada mereka Siapakah yang memerintahkan kamu untuk membina bait ini dan menyelesaikan tembok ini

AV: Then <0116> asked <07593> (8754) we those <0479> elders <07868> (8750), [and] said <0560> (8754) unto them thus <03660>, Who <04479> commanded <07761> (8754) <02942> you to build <01124> (8749) this <01836> house <01005>, and to make up <03635> (8805) these <01836> walls <0846>?

Ezra 5:11

Beginilah jawapan yang diberikan mereka kepada kami Kami hamba Allah semesta langit dan bumi dan kami sedang membina semula bait yang telah dibina bertahun-tahun yang lampau Seorang raja Israel yang agung dahulu membina dan menyelesaikannya

Ezra 5:12

Akan tetapi kerana bangkitnya kemurkaan Allah semesta langit terhadap nenek moyang kami maka Dia menyerahkan mereka ke dalam tangan Nebukadnezar raja Babel orang Kasdim yang kemudian memusnahkan bait itu dan membuang bangsa itu ke Babel

Ezra 6:3

Ezra 6:15

Maka selesailah pembinaan semula bait itu pada hari ketiga pada bulan Adar dalam tahun keenam pemerintahan Raja Darius

Ezra 7:17

Pergunakanlah wang itu dengan saksama untuk membeli lembu-lembu jantan yang muda domba-domba jantan serta anak-anak domba dengan persembahan bahan makanan dan persembahan minumannya Persembahkanlah semua itu di atas mazbah dalam bait Allahmu di Yerusalem

Ezra 7:19

Sampaikanlah ke hadirat Allah di Yerusalem segala kelengkapan yang diserahkan kepadamu untuk ibadat di bait Allahmu

Ezra 7:20

Jika ada hal lain yang diperlukan untuk bait Allahmu dan yang pembayarannya menjadi tanggunganmu bayarkanlah daripada perbendaharaan kerajaan
