Pada zaman Artahsasta pula Bislam Mitredat Tabeel dan rakan mereka yang lain menulis sepucuk surat kepada Artahsasta raja Parsi Naskhah surat itu ditulis dengan huruf Aram dan diterjemahkan ke dalam bahasa Aram
