Pada tahun pertama zaman pemerintahan Kores raja Parsi Tuhan menggerakkan hati Kores raja Parsi itu untuk memenuhi firman Tuhan yang disampaikan oleh Yeremia Lantas raja itu menulis perisytiharan dan menyiarkannya di seluruh kerajaannya Demikianlah bunyinya
