Setelah selesainya semua itu seluruh orang Israel yang hadir pergi ke kota-kota Yehuda Mereka menghancurkan tiang-tiang berhala dan menebang patung-patung Asyera Mereka merobohkan bukit-bukit pemujaan dan mazbah-mazbah di seluruh Tanah Yehuda Benyamin Efraim dan Manasye sampai semuanya habis Setelah itu seluruh orang Israel pulang ke tanah milik masing-masing dan ke kota mereka

Ezra 9:1

Setelah selesainya semua itu aku didatangi para pemimpin lalu mereka berkata Para warga Israel para imam dan bani Lewi tidak memisahkan diri daripada penduduk negeri ini iaitu bani Kanaan bani Het bani Feris bani Yebus bani Amon bani Moab orang Mesir dan orang Amori serta segala perbuatan keji yang dilakukan oleh mereka
